But, I didn't know who is the Vincent as in this song.

昨日、英語のクラスのとき、

Until yesterday, when i attended my English class,

先生はこの歌をせつめいしました。

my teacher explained this song for us.

最終に、この歌のVincentは知っています。

彼はフィンセント・ファン・ゴッホ（Vincent van Gogh )です。

Finally, I realise that the Vincent in the song is Vincent van Gogh.

私はさいさんこの歌の歌詞をよみます。

I read the lyric of this song again and again.

悲しい歌ですね。

This is a sad song.

Red Wine Chicken (Hong Zao Ji Mee Sua) 紅糟雞面线

私は福州人です。I am a Chinese of Fuzhou.

紅糟雞ミースアは福州省の代表の料理ともいえる。Red Wine Ginger Chicken ( Hong Zao Ji Mee Sua) is one of the signature Fuzhou dishes.

新年と家族の誕生日のとき、はははこの料理をつくります。My mother will cook this dishes on the first day of Chinese New Year and on my family member's birthday.

紅麹（赤い酒粕）と生姜でぶつ切りにした鶏をコトコト煮込んたシンプルなスープだ。This is a dishes of chopped up chicken braised with ginger and hong zao (or red wine lees) .

Hong Zao is fermented wine lees which has turned into deep red color with the addition of red yeast rice.

素麺に良く似たミースア（Mee Sua)又はビーフン、又はご飯と一緒に食べる。Hong Zao Chicken is a slightly thick soup eaten with either rice, mee sua (thin wheat noodles) or beehoon.

これはははの红槽鸡面线のつくりかた。This is my mother "secret recipe" of Red Wine Chicken :

ぎいりょう　INGREGRIENT :

うすく切った鶏肉500グラム。500g of chicken, cut into pieces

十片のきのこをみずにひたして、はんぶんにきります。10 pieces of mushroom, soaked and cut into half

八片のシャロットのかわをおむいて、きります。8 pieces of shallots, peeled and chopped

一片のしょうがはきります。1 piece of ginger, cut into slice

油 oil、　ごま油sesame oil 、砂糖sugar、　しょうゆ light source、　しお salt

５匙の 紅糟（赤い酒粕）5 table spoon of hong zao (red wine lees)


ミースア（面线）　Mee Sua

方法　METHOD :

紅糟雞をつくる　Preparing for Red wine Chicken:

1 ) まず、フライパンをあつくして油とごま油を入れます。First, heat up the frying pan, then, put some oil and sesame oil into the frying pan.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　2 ) シャロットと生姜はフライパンに入れて、いためる。Put the shallots & ginger into the frying pan and fried.
3 ) つぎに、強い火で鶏肉をいためます。Next, put the chicken in and fried.
4 ) 鶏肉が白くなったら、紅糟ときのこを入れて、いためます。When the chicken become white colour, add in mushroom and fried 。
5 ) ８碗の水はフライパンに入れます。Add in 8 bowls of water .
6 ) 十分の後、砂糖と醤油と塩はフライパンにいれます。After 10 minutes, add in the sugar, light source & salt for taste .

　
ミースア（面线）をつくる　Preparing the Mee Sua :

1 ) なべでお湯お沸かします。Boil water in a pot.
2 ) 水は沸騰するのとき、ミースアは水に入れなさい。When the water is boiling, put the mee sua into the water .
3 ) ミースアはやわらかくなりました。それで、ミースアは碗に入れなさい。When the mee sua become soft, put it in a bowl.
4 ) 紅糟雞も碗にいれなさい。Add in the Red Wine Chicken.

今日は新年のじゅうごにち。
( Today is the fifteenth day of the Chinese New Year.)

私は家族と新年をいわう。
( I celebrate Chinese New Year with my family.)

新年のぜんじつ、私はかぞくと晩御飯 (团圆饭)をたべました。

( On Chinese New Year's Eve, I ate dinner or 'Tuan Yuan Fan' with my family.)

母はたくさんりょうりをしました。

My image about Japanese people

One of my image about Japanese people is, they are generally well-mannered. This image is deeply ingrained in my mind after I watched a Japanese drama named [ 白い巨塔] as I was 17 years old. This drama really impress me in such a way that the Japanese society are attach importance to apply politeness in their life as the characters such as doctors , nurses , even though a housewife , show high degree of politeness in their daily life , especially in the hospital as a working environment. This drama opened my eyes that doctors in the hospital have the different position or class. For the doctor who has a lower class from another doctor or professor, one must express their highest respect to the professor. When there is a conversation with the professor, they bowed low and speak politely. From this example, it shows that the importance of well-manner in the society of Japan.

Besides, as an observation that I gain from watching some Japanese drama, I notice that greeting to others people is something very important in Japanese society .For example, Japanese people always use the word ‘ kon’nichiwa’ with a broad smile as a friendly greeting to other people. Besides, Japanese people will use the word ‘ itadakimasu’ before have a meal and ‘gochisoosamadeshita’ after they enjoy the meal. Sometimes, when someone express an apology, he or she is also try to bow to show his or her sincere apology. In my opinion, this way of apology with a bow really need a great courage as when someone bowed, it brings the meaning that his apology is more important than his own self-esteem.
In addition, from the Japanese drama, I notice that Japanese people always use the word likes ‘sorry’, ‘thank you’ , ‘please’ in their daily conversation . The manner of their speaking are always in the polite way. It is hardly to heard that they use some rude word in their conversation.

Therefore, I m in the opinion that Japanese people are generally well-mannered .
