2009年8月16日に、ウサイン・ボルト(Usain Bolt )は世界陸上選手権ベルリン大会男子100m決勝で、人類の初の9秒58(世界新しい記録)を記録して、優勝しました。 史上初は男子100mで同一人物が3度続けて世界記録を更新しました。

(In 16 of August 2009 , at the 2009 World Championships in Berlin, Usain Bolt make another human's record in the man's 100m tittle and won the tittle with 9.58 seconds . He is the one who breaks the world's record in three continues times. )

2009年8月20日に、ウサイン・ボルトは同じ大会男子200m決勝で、自身の持つ記録を0秒11更新しました。19秒 19の世界新しい記録で優勝しました。大会の金メダルを二個獲得しました。

( In 20 of August 2009 , at the same championship , he broke his own record by 0.11 seconds, finishing with a time of 19.19 seconds ,which is the new world's record for the man's 200m . He won two gold metal in this championship.)
